examples and tools to help you gain new insights and help you plan
your implementation approach when you return to your organization.

Experienced Users
This
two-day program has been developed specifically for current users
of the Transformational Model. During this program, you will network
with colleagues from organizations from around the world to share
your experiences in implementing the Transformational Model —
challenges, problems, solutions and successes. Our faculty and consultants
will guide the group through a series of workshops and planning
sessions designed to help you get the information you need to continue
the implementation process. The number of participants in this program
is deliberately kept small in order to maximize personal attention.
We also work closely with the participants prior to the program
to ensure that the content meets your needs.
